All results — including suggested decision-maker titles, departments, and outreach messages — are generated by artificial intelligence for general guidance purposes only. They are not verified personal data and should not be treated as factual contact records.

1. What We Do

SalesIntel AI helps B2B sales professionals identify the most likely decision-makers in target companies and generates personalized outreach suggestions using AI. We do not scrape, store, or sell personal contact information of any individual.

2. Data We Collect About You

When you use SalesIntel AI, we collect:

Account information: Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase)
Usage data: Search queries you enter (product name, industry, location)
Billing information: Processed by LemonSqueezy — we do not store card details
Credits usage: How many analyses you have run

3. AI-Generated Results

The companies, decision-maker suggestions, outreach angles, and messages shown are AI-generated outputs, not records from a personal data database. Specifically:

Company names come from publicly available business information
Decision-maker titles are AI predictions based on industry patterns
Email patterns shown are guessed formats (e.g., firstname@company.com) — not verified real emails
Outreach messages are AI-generated and may not reflect real individuals

4. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the SalesIntel AI service
To manage your account and subscription
To send you service-related emails (no spam)
We do not sell your data to any third party

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

Supabase — Authentication and database
LemonSqueezy — Payment processing
OpenAI — AI generation (queries are processed but not used for training)
Vercel — Hosting

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at info@salesintelai.io. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Opt-Out for Individuals
