1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SalesIntel AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SalesIntel AI is an AI-powered tool that helps sales professionals generate prospecting suggestions including potential company targets, likely decision-maker roles, and outreach messages. All outputs are AI-generated and should be used as a starting point for research, not as verified factual data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SalesIntel AI only for:

  • Legitimate B2B sales prospecting and research
  • Generating outreach ideas and templates
  • Professional business development activities

You must NOT use the service to:

  • Spam or harass individuals
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell or redistribute AI outputs as a data product

4. Credits & Billing

  • Free accounts receive 5 analyses at no cost
  • Paid plans are processed securely via Gumroad (one-time and monthly options)
  • Every purchase generates an official Gumroad invoice/receipt automatically
  • Credits do not roll over between billing periods
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

5. Limitation of Liability

SalesIntel AI is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated results. We are not liable for any business decisions, losses, or damages resulting from use of our service.

6. Intellectual Property

The SalesIntel AI platform, design, and technology are owned by SalesIntel AI. You retain ownership of any data you input. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use but are not exclusive.

7. Data Privacy & Saudi PDPL Compliance

⚠️ Important Notice — Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)

SalesIntel AI complies with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by Royal Decree No. M/19 (1443H).

SalesIntel AI is a B2B Business Intelligence tool, not a personal data marketplace. Specifically:

  • We provide AI-generated business suggestions (company names, industry data, professional roles)
  • We do NOT sell verified personal data lists or contact databases
  • All generated outputs are AI suggestions requiring independent verification
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their outreach complies with Saudi PDPL and applicable anti-spam laws

You must NOT use SalesIntel AI outputs to build or sell personal data databases, or to contact individuals who have not consented to receive commercial communications, in violation of Saudi PDPL Article 4.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
