You agree to use SalesIntel AI only for:

You must NOT use the service to:

Spam or harass individuals
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Credits & Billing

Free accounts receive 5 analyses at no cost
Paid plans are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy
Credits do not roll over between billing periods
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

5. Limitation of Liability

SalesIntel AI is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated results. We are not liable for any business decisions, losses, or damages resulting from use of our service.

6. Intellectual Property

The SalesIntel AI platform, design, and technology are owned by SalesIntel AI. You retain ownership of any data you input. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use but are not exclusive.
